Winning Lottery Ticket Worth $50K Sold At Hampton Bays Convenience Store

A winning Powerball ticket worth tens of thousands of dollars was sold at a convenience store on Long Island.

Lottery officials announced that a third-prize Powerball ticket, worth $50,000, was sold at a Hampton Bays store.

The third prize-winning ticket, worth $50,000, was sold in Hampton Bays at the 7-Eleven store located at 53 West Montauk Highway, New York Lottery announced.

It was sold for the drawing held on Wednesday, Sept. 6.

Powerball numbers are drawn from a field of one to 69. The red ball Power Ball is drawn from a separate field of one to 26.

Wednesday’s winning numbers were 9-14-20-23-63 and the Power Ball is 1.

Winners have one year from the drawing date to claim their prize money.

Players can check their numbers on the New York Lottery website.
